Emergency consultations are for an “emergency situation” that is assessed as an urgent or critical health problem that your pet may have.
Emergency consultations are included or discounted at participating emergency locations across the Animal Referral & Emergency Network.
Emergency consultations are not available at Adelaide Veterinary Specialist & Referral Centre, Dermatology for Animals and Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre. Emergency consultations are not included at Animal Referral Hospital (ARH) Brisbane and are discounted only at 20% off.
To redeem the emergency consultation benefit, please advise the participating emergency location that your pet is a Healthy Pets Plus member when you arrive.
