Once you have moved, you will need to notify your new local Greencross Vets clinic on arrival (or when making the appointment), that your pet is a Healthy Pets Plus member so that any applicable benefits can be redeemed on that visit. Your new clinic then arrange for your pet’s membership plans to be transferred to them.
