You can access the portal through the link provided here.
Please note: If you have already set up your account, you can log in directly from this page using your email address and password.
There are several ways to set up your account.
1. Welcome Email
When you join Healthy Pets Plus, you will receive a welcome email containing a clickable button labelled ACCESS THE BILLING PORTAL By clicking this unique link, you will be directed to complete your account setup.
2. Upcoming Payment Reminder
Three days before your payment is due, you will receive a payment reminder notification.
The email will include a clickable button labeled ACCESS THE BILLING PORTAL. Clicking this unique link will guide you through completing your account setup
3. Directly in the Billing Portal
If you haven't received one of our automated emails, you can request access to the portal using the default portal URL provided here.
Simply select “Sign In without typing your password” and enter your email address when prompted.
This will trigger an unbranded email from our subscription platform containing a unique link to access your account.
Alternatively, you can contact our Healthy Pets Plus customer service team, who can send you an email with access to the portal.

Accessing the link
Please note: The link will remain active for 15 days. After this period, the link will expire, and you will need to request a new one using any of the methods mentioned above.
After activating your one-time link, you will be directed to the portal, where you can set a password and manage your subscriptions.
Please keep this link secure and do not share it, as it will remain valid for 48 hours and provide access without requiring a password.
Setting Password
Once you have access to your account, click “Set your password now” to create and confirm your password.
Password requirements: Your password should include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and at least one symbol (e.g., Password1!).
After setting your password, a confirmation pop-up will appear. With your password successfully set, you can now log in and out of your account as needed to manage your subscription.
